I’ve spent my career at the intersection of creativity, culture, operations, and innovation — always hands-on, always curious. From Africa DDB and J. Walter Thompson in Brazil to FCB Health and BBDO in New York, and now Area 23 (IPG Health), I’ve helped lead teams where bold thinking isn’t the exception — it’s the baseline.
I gravitate toward complex, high-stakes categories — healthcare, tech, finance — where storytelling needs surgical precision and emotional intelligence. That tension, between rigor and resonance, is where I do my best work.
Over the years, I’ve helped shape global campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, M&M’s, Pedigree, Itaú, VIVO, AB InBev, and Mitsubishi — building narratives that travel across formats, cultures, and regulations. I stay close to the craft — from typography and design systems to narrative flow and team development.
I also believe technology should be more than a tool — it should be a creative partner. Platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Krea, Adobe Express, Runway, ElevenLabs, Manus, and Suno are now extensions of my thinking process. They help me go faster, think wider, and challenge what’s possible.
Some of the work I’ve led has earned:
– 30 Cannes Lions (3 Gold, 9 Silver, 18 Bronze)
– 7 D&AD Pencils
– 14 One Show Pencils (including a Grand Prix)
– 5 Effies, 15 Clios, 8 LIAs, and Webby Awards
– Named #1 Art Director in the world by Lüerzer’s Archive (2013)
– Listed among the Top 20 Executive Creative Directors globally in The Big Won Report (2016)
But titles and trophies aren’t the point. What drives me is building creative cultures where ideas can breathe. Environments where rigor meets play, where people feel safe to take creative risks — and proud to push the work further than expected.
Because the best ideas? They’re the ones that don’t fit a category.
They’re the ones that move you.
